Suzanna checked us in and acknowledged our Diamond status. She was friendly. We have stayed at this hotel since it was a Doubletree. We found the Leiro rooms spacious and beautifully appointed. The cleaning team maintained the rooms immaculately. Ritual products were provided.

we noticed that one of the pools lacked sufficient umbrellas. We sought shade, but found only a few reserved spots near the wall. Access to the infinity pool required additional payment for the beds. This policy limited our options.
