underwhelming experience
strange check-in unclear policy
the room was spacious it had a comfortable bed.
the check-in process was strange they located only two of my three booked rooms initially. they seemed unwilling to help until i insisted they recheck the system it. the pool access policy also lacked clarity i was told i needed to pay extra to use the infinity pool after i had already paid for my stay.

interesting decor great food multi-floor layout faulty light unresolved issue expensive drinks
The hotel has very interesting decor in public areas. The food was great. The overall layout of the hotel spans several floors.
The wardrobe light kept clicking on and off . I reported it, but it wasn't fixed (even though they said it was). The rooftop bar pricing seemed excessive at almost 40 euros for two vodkas and mixer.

smooth process excellent assistance convenient service
The check-in process was smooth, and guest services provided excellent assistance. a rental car was arranged through front desk guest relations. it was delivered and picked up directly from the hotel. shuttle service to the beach was convenient. The walk back would be challenging.
Navigating the hotel was initially difficult. so many restaurants exist within. rooms were unusual. The hotel needed a quick guide for working your way around it.

Suzanna checked us in and acknowledged our Diamond status. She was friendly. We have stayed at this hotel since it was a Doubletree. We found the Leiro rooms spacious and beautifully appointed. The cleaning team maintained the rooms immaculately. Ritual products were provided.
we noticed that one of the pools lacked sufficient umbrellas. We sought shade, but found only a few reserved spots near the wall. Access to the infinity pool required additional payment for the beds. This policy limited our options.

the staff were helpful. I also appreciated the artistic atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast offered quality food. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the beach.
the wc sliding door in the room did not close completely, leaving a gap. The shower door hit the side of the bed.
